Sins-X posted Enhanced Camera though gives you a nice blend of both first person and third person, allowing you to see your body, while also preserving normal first person combat.

You go to bed, see a menu and then black out. Then, when you wake up, you are standing exactly where you are. Does everyone sleep in armour or something? Immersive Beds fixes this issue by giving you a nice little sleeping animation. Animations does the same thing that Immersive Beds does — allow you to see yourself doing things. Animations however adds, uh, animations to things like looting chests. This means you spend less time in first person seeing nothing and more time seeing your glorious ass picking flowers and picking locks.

I always kinda felt bad. Clothe Dead NPCs is a must-have mod for me that solves this very problem. It comes with both clothes and nude versions if either strike your fancy and help make males throughout the game look much better. Skysight Skins goes the opposite direction from Tempered Skins, building males across Skyrim like Norse gods. Seriously, it looks massive in game.

The extremely high resolution textures used in this mod are easily on par with its female counterparts with the details in the body really showing. All of the mods above are fairly precise mods that focus on a specific form of body improvement.
